I would like to introduce myself and tell you a little something about our company.  I am Steve Holzknecht, the President and Owner of Four Suns, Inc. I have been in the construction business since 1978.  My specialty has always been upscale custom and spec homes. Four Suns Inc. is a smaller, more involved building company that is committed to quality, innovation, customer service and its employees.  We bring honesty and integrity to the construction process.

Prior to Four Suns Inc., I was the President and Owner of Parkwood Homes, Inc. one of the Pacific Northwest’s “Top 20 Residential Builders and Developers”.  I have always been involved in our local Home Building Association (the fifth largest in the country).  I have been one of the chair officers and on the Board of Directors.

As a company we are also very involved in our community through charitable works and projects. We were awarded the Golden Nugget for outstanding local charitable contributions for our work with the KITH foundation. I am on the board of the Master Builders Care foundation, a chapter of Home Made America.

We have many happy homeowners and also have homes available to showcase our quality work. We take great pride in our Homes of Distinction.
